About the Owner

Erica Edwards is the founder and owner of NorthStar Bartending, a dream she spent the past two years developing before bringing it to life. After serving 17 years in the United States Army as a Paralegal and Human Resources Manager, and recently earning her Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Erica decided to step away from the traditional 9-to-5 career path and pursue her passion for entrepreneurship.

Originally from Alaska and now proudly serving Colorado, Erica has always enjoyed bringing people together and creating memorable experiences. Her military career instilled discipline, adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service—qualities she now brings to every event she serves.

Whether clients are planning a military celebration, corporate event, baby shower, birthday party, or a gathering with friends, Erica's goal is simple: to help create a fun, stress-free experience so hosts can relax and enjoy every moment with their guests.
